What if my flight has been delayed?
When you provide us with your flight number at the time of booking, we will track the flight landing time and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
What happens if my flight has been cancelled?
Having provided us with the flight number at the time of the booking, we will be aware of this cancellation and therefore will cancel the booking.
Do you charge waiting times?
We don't charge for up to 60 minutes. If we are required to wait longer than 60 minutes, you will be charged from the 61st minute onwards.
How much luggage does your cars fit?
This is dependent on the size of the vehicle and how many passengers are travelling. Please contact us directly and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
